Jack: Good morning my friends.
Jim: Good morning Jack and we bid you welcome in love and light.
Phyllis: Good morning.
Candice: Hello Jack.
Jack: Well if I was still in the body I would have aged another year.
Jim: Yes.
Jack: I’m grateful in many respects that I was able to leave that physical form before the problems of aging caught up with me. As you know, I was never one who was in extremely good health from even my childhood. So it is with great relief that I say, I am pleased to be here.
Jim: And I can understand that, even as young as I am, it is even starting to catch up with me.
Jack: One piece of advice that I can give to all of you which I have learned since leaving the physical body, relax and do not react with fear when you feel things that are not quite right. In most cases it is merely a warning to you that something needs to be addressed, but the minute you bring anxiety into your reaction you make a bad situation worse. I find it quite interesting that this young woman’s husband, while coping with a diagnosis of prostate cancer, has maintained a positive outlook. They will be surprised, from what I understand, tomorrow when they do their latest scan that indeed, before any treatment whatsoever, his cancer, has started to diminish. Positive attitudes my friends are something all of us could stand to use more of. It is totally without merit to become so vested in what is taking place around us that we lose sight of our power to make a change. This is what has happened in large part to this nation. The American people have forgotten their ability to effect a change. Only now through the chaos of this primary process have many people begun to recognize how important they are, how important their voices are. And there I go on my soap box again, my apologies.
Jim: No, that is fine. Ken does have a very strong attitude and as I have told many people, many times, attitude is the biggest thing.
Jack: My friend Jim, were it not for the attitude not only of yourself, but those in your immediate circle some years ago, we would be having this discussion in a different way today.
Jim: Yes that is true. You and I would be sitting there side by side communicating.
Jack: I am grateful for all that you can do from where you are that you didn’t make that choice eight years ago.
Jim: Yes.
Jack: But I hope that you recognize that some of the challenges that you have had recently have been brought about by concerns that you have allowed to infiltrate your heart and your mind when you need not do so.
Jim: Yes.
Jack: You’ve been challenged my friend, as have all in this room today. I urge you all to remember your strengths, because you are all quite strong and we are in a time where those who are not willing to step up and lead will very often get left behind. This is true not only on the political horizon but in daily life as well. Many are trying to understand that which to them is unfathomable, they can not grasp the changes that are coming at them so quickly. The human logical reaction is one of reactivity and fear and as each of us in this room today understands there is no place for fear in a time of crisis. If my life taught no other lesson, I am hoping that my steadfastness during the Cuban missile crisis will be a lesson to everyone that only those who stand their ground for peace can avert war. We have spoken many times of the impact of the military industrial establishment. It was ever present even in those days for me. It takes strength to fight back against the desire to bring conflict because conflict brings profit to many. It is my hope that cool heads will prevail in the months ahead, for there is much that is brewing around the world.
Jim: Alright. Candice, do you have questions that you would like to start with?
Candice: I do. Jack, Friday a week ago, the South American Union was formed and it did not hit mainstream TV or media of any kind as that information was held back. It’s been made clear to me by those on spirit side that this is a step. One of many, that are in play, in order to create control globally. As an Asian Union is in the works, as well as the North American Union here, which at one time I know you didn’t believe would take place. I am wondering if you still feel that the North American Union will not be formed.
Jack: My dear, I have said in the past that it was my hope that such would not take place. One of the foremost reasons that the formation of the South American Union has not been brought to light in the strictly controlled media has been the desire of those in positions of power not only in this country but around the world to try to minimize the effect of this union. It is, as I have said before, a time of great international challenges. It is truly, and again I choose my words, I can not begin to stress the importance of the upcoming election to the future of this nation. I can not echo more strongly the words that I spoke at my inauguration. It is important for the American people, now more than ever, to step up and not to ask what this country can do for them but what they can do for this country. Right now we have brave men and women in military service deployed in many places around the globe. This is a volunteer military. It is important that all in positions of power in this nation recognize the importance of those men and women who do serve this country both at home and abroad. To insure that when they are put at risk and conflict that the end result is the protection of this nation. While, with all do respect to the nation of Israel it is not in the interest of this country to intercede with any nation other than through diplomatic channels on behalf of Israel. While many have seen us allied with Israel for some time, for many reasons it is also critical to take off the rose colored glasses when viewing the behavior of Israel in the region. There is an old saying, let he who is perfect cast the first stone. This can not be attributable to this situation. Our diverse interest in the Middle East today have weakened the United States of America not only economically but in the view of this nation by those who once respected America as a place of power and a place of compassion. Our involvement, my friends, in Iraq, just like our involvement in Vietnam belies the history of this country. We are, as a nation becoming known as a terrorist nation for the acts that we have perpetrated are not much different. How do we wage a war on terror while implementing one? Now, more than ever, this nation must choose its battles carefully because they will be present on many fronts. And as we have spoken before we stand at the brink of a World War the like of which no nation has ever seen and only strength and courage will avert this at this time. While I have gone somewhat off track Candice, to your original question, I do see movements toward a North American Union. But I do believe it can still be forestalled based on the outcome of the election in November.
Candice: Is there a possibility that in order to see that the electoral process does not take place, that Bush would create a situation giving him the authority to move forward through one of his executive orders and create marshal law, stalling the political process and allowing him to have more time to create the union that he has been working on so desperately so that he may stay in power of some sort.
Jack: While I would not say that this is beyond the scope of Mr. Bush’s wishes, I will say, that there is much that is coming to the forefront today about the nature and behavior of the Bush administration. Believe me when I tell you that the book recently released by a gentleman who’s name is Scott McClellan was timed with the help of spirit to insure that this information would be ever present in the minds of the American people at this time. For, as my friend Jim and I spoke nearly four years ago, the betrayal of this administration would become known. The interests of this nation have been sold to the highest bidder for the last eight years. It is because of the people who are now willing to step to the forefront and speak with integrity and truth at this time that will prevent exactly the scenario that you speak of. The American people, through their elected officials and without their elected official, will not allow this to take place. For in essence, what you speak of would be what has been historically referred to as a military coup. It is to my way of thinking, at this time, not likely for even the Republican Party, even that small faction that has supported Mr. Bush are being cast into the light by those within their own party who say enough, we have to stop the madness. And as I have alluded to in the past, madness is not just a term in this case.
Candice: Thank you.
Jim: Obviously there is something going on with this North American Union. The other day I was watching CNN and the Lou Dobbs Show and they were talking about the North American Super Highway and as Lou pointed out, here’s all the evidence, here’s all the paperwork, here’s everything in place and yet everybody is in denial that it is going to be built except him. And there’s got to be something going on that this developer in Kansas has got this land set aside. It’s going to be the hub of this Super Highway. It just blows my mind that the average American is not paying attention to what is going on. We know the media is in control so we might as well rule them out.
Jack: Jim, it wasn’t that long ago that we discussed how crucially important it is for each American citizen not only to become informed about the nature of the national political scene, but also to become informed at the state and local level. Know who your candidates are, know what they stand for, be willing to ask them the hard questions. My friends, you’re at a time where communication is more easily accessed now than at any time in this nation’s history. If the American people choose to use it to become informed, results such as you are speaking of, will not be allowed to take place. You can not run a super highway through a state that will not allow it, if indeed the state legislature is wise in the way they enact the laws. Granted, federal law can, in many cases, supersede state law. However, and this is the key, to do so require great amounts of time and great opportunity to unite to prevent it from happening. We’ve spoken many times about how close this nation is to a point of true revolution. If this move continues, mark my words, you will see it come to pass. Do I want this for this great nation? Hell no. My apologies ladies. It is important to recognize each American citizen who, has grown as a result of what this nation has provided, has an obligation and a responsibility to stand up and be counted. For this nation has become so apathetic because of their constant comfort in their democratic process that most do not even exercise their right to vote. My friends, I offer to you today that if the American people are not willing to take responsibility for this democracy and this democracy is lost as a result, there is no one to blame but the American people.
Jim: Yes it’s just like you said, this legislation with the federal government can not happen over night. It’s a long process.
Jack: And you have seen, in the last eight years, how much change can take place in the climate of a nation. Thus all the work to move toward a North American Union that Mr. Bush has accomplished in the last eight years can be, for the most part, unwound in the next four; if the elected officials that are chosen by the American people are willing to step to a place of integrity and do what is in the best interest of this nation. I have no ill will toward any nation in the world. Each nation, whether friend or foe, has inalienable rights within the confines of their own country. And as I have said, the American people are responsible to effect change in the United States. I say that in many places around the world people have sacrificed their rights by their unwillingness to stand up and say no. Yes, there are places today where there is great tragedy, great harm being done to people, people who are in many instances somewhat powerless, yet it is more important for us to recognize those places where change can be effected and make this world a stronger place. For in doing so we weaken those tyrants and dictators who would do harm to their own nations and their own self interests. Learn the lesson that this last eight years has taught the American people and understand that this is what is taking place in many places around the world today. Each individual is accountable for their own action, and it is only right and just that those in power be held accountable both here and abroad.
Jim: Candice do you have anymore questions?
Candice: Not at this time.
Jim: Going back to the political scene, Diane brought up the possibility of the Obama Clinton ticket. I find it difficult, the two camps coming together that close.
Jack: It will be in name only Jim, if it does take place. You need to understand today that the challenge for the Democratic Party is to signal unity because it has become so fractured. The biggest issue in November is to see a change in Washington. If that means a sacrifice of putting an Obama / Clinton ticket together and what that will bring in terms of voting coalition then politically it is a valid choice. Whether you like the idea or don’t like the idea, the Clintons do have a huge voter base in this nation. To have Barack Obama with his integrity and his wisdom ignore that base could be a challenge.
Jim: It could prove devastating to him.
Jack: While Hillary Clinton has done many things that I do not agree with in this campaign, she brings something to the table and as I see it today the only way that you will not see an Obama / Clinton ticket come August will be if Mrs. Clinton chooses to turn down the nomination as Vice President. And believe me when I tell you that there will be many in the Democratic Party who will negotiate long and hard with Mrs. Clinton to get her to do just that, because she has proven to be divisive to the party. Yet if the Obama campaign does not extend that olive branch at this time there is the risk of losing her voter base in very key swing states.
Jim: And I understand what you are saying. It is true, definitely it would be of great benefit that they at least extend that opportunity to her and allow her to make the choice to either say no or yes, but if she were to say no then I think also she should step up and say I want all my people to back him.
Jack: Precisely Jim, and I think if she could move into this process with that kind of foresight and grace she can be a veritable power house of influence not only in the Democratic party but in congress and the senate as well. Because there is no question in my mind, that she will wind up with a very, very influential cabinet post at some point.
Jim: Absolutely. The way I see it, she has more power sitting in the senate than sitting in the House of Representative in the chair of Vice President and doing nothing. The Vice President has no power yet she as a senator or as a cabinet member could wield much power.
Jack: Indeed my friends.
Jim: I think it would scare the Republicans to see two women sitting side by side in the House of Representatives.
Jack: That would have scared me.
Jim: It would definitely have some men looking at this situation saying, ugh, oh we better start changing our attitude.
Jack: I remember some of the ones that have spoken from the spirit side over the last few years who have talked about a resurgence of female energy. I never expected it to extend into politics.
Jim: It can happen very quickly.
Jack: Well my friends I really think that I should probably let you get on with your day. I know that there are other important things that need to take place today and so I will, if there is no other urgent question for me, step aside for now and join you again soon.
Jim: Alright and we thank you for being here and I am going to still push to bring people in to have a more round table discussion.
Jack: When I would really feel Jim, which this could be of benefit, if I may voice my opinion.
Jim: Yes.
Jack: I would like to see this happen once we have the presidential election process underway.
Jim: So once we have the candidates in place.
Jack: Absolutely.
Jim: Ok.
Jack: Because I feel that my greatest input can be perhaps in answering questions for people at that time and in that way, help keep some of the emotionalism focused on what is, rather than what the media says it is. From that stand point I think I could have some serious impact.
Jim: Alright and I understand.
Jack: I do have one last comment before I leave today because I allowed myself to be side tracked earlier when we talked about attitude and the physical body. I would ask that all of you keep my Brother Teddy in your thoughts. He is moving forward in this difficult time with much grace. There are many Kennedy’s that have gone on before him and we are surrounding him today enabling him to draw on our energy either to heal or to welcome him home. I would merely ask that you keep him in your thought.
Jim: We will do that.
Jack: Thank you my friends.
Jim: Thank you for being here and wherever you go we know the blessings of Mother/Father God journey with you.
Jack: Thank you.
